Lacy Wolff
Secretary
Lacy Wolff is deeply committed to supporting those who serve. As Secretary of the Pflugerville Firefighters Foundation, she brings over 20 years of experience in health promotion, resilience training, and public service to the role.
Lacy currently serves as the Coordinator for Statewide Well-being Initiatives at the Employees Retirement System of Texas, helping improve the health and quality of life for more than 500,000 state and higher education employees and retirees. She holds a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Exercise Science. & Health Promotion.
From 2014 to 2018, she worked as a Training Specialist at the Texas Department of Public Safety Academy, preparing trooper trainees for the physical and mental challenges of the job. She also served as the Director of a U.S. Army Wellness Center in Vicenza, Italy, supporting soldiers from the 173rd Airborne Brigade.
Lacy played a key role in developing the FBINAA’s Officer Safety and Wellness Resilience program, which has helped officers worldwide build strength from the inside out.
She lives in Pflugerville with her husband, a firefighter/paramedic, and their youngest son, while proudly cheering on her oldest—now a student at Texas A&M University. Lacy also teaches yoga and resilience workshops and is passionate about giving back to the people and communities who give so much.

Chris Wolff
President
Chris Wolff is a founding force behind the Pflugerville Firefighter’s Foundation and brings a unique blend of leadership, service, and heart to his role as President.
A Lieutenant with the Pflugerville Fire Department, Chris has been proudly serving the community since 2016.
Before entering the fire service, Chris spent over a decade supporting soldiers and their families as the Outdoor Recreation Director in Vicenza, Italy. There, he led high-adrenaline, adventure-based programs designed to boost morale and build resilience among deployed service members and their spouses. He was honored to be selected for the very first Warrior Adventure Quest Program, a reintegration initiative designed to help soldiers transition home after combat deployments. His program was awarded "Best Outdoor Rec" in the Army in 2009.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor Leadership from Texas A&M University and a Master’s degree in Sport Management. His passion for community and public safety is matched only by his charisma and ability to bring people together for a good cause.
As the visionary behind the Foundation, Chris is committed to supporting first responders and building a strong network of resources for the Pflugerville community. Whether he’s serving at the station, organizing fundraisers, or mentoring the next generation of firefighters, Chris leads with purpose, compassion, and pride.

Tory Thompson
Vice President
Tory Thompson is a seasoned fire service professional with over 25 years of dedicated experience in emergency response and public safety. He has risen through the ranks to become a Battalion Chief with the Pflugerville Fire Department. In his current role, he oversees health and safety initiatives, manages emergency incidents, and oversees personnel management for his shift. Chief Thompson holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from Texas State University and a Master's degree in Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley. His academic background complements his extensive field experience, enabling him to develop and implement crucial programs such as an Advanced Life Support educational program, a comprehensive risk and hazard mitigation program, and a peer support program for his fire district.
Beyond his departmental responsibilities, Chief Thompson serves as the Vice President of the Pflugerville Firefighters Foundation where he advocates for firefighter welfare and community engagement. Through his leadership and commitment to public service, Chief Thompson remains committed to furthering relationships between the fire department and the community as well as making sure firefighters are supported in their time of need.

Mission:
1. Promote safety in the Pflugerville Community - CPR / Stop the Bleed Classes
2. Support Pflugervile Firefighters in times of crisis or need. - Provide financial support for firefighters struggling with unforeseen health or family problems.
3. Provide scholarships for College Bound children of Pflugerville Firefighters.
